It’s Sparkly, Sweet & Just the Right Amount of Tart!
If your looking for the perfect drink to enjoy outside in the summer heat, look no farther. This peach citrus wine spritzer is bubbly, tart and sweet! This recipe is perfect for a picnic, day by the pool, or to enjoy with a good book!
All you need is, lemons, limes, oranges, sparkling lime water (or any citrus flavor), a bottle of sparkling wine, and homemade peach simple syrup (you can find the recipe here).
When slicing your citrus make sure to keep the ends for juicing!
In your pitcher add the peach syrup and sparkling wine. Stir well before adding the sparkling water and juicing the citrus.
Add citrus slices, cool in refrigerator for at least 2 hours!
- 1/2 Cup Peach Simple Syrup
- 1 Bottle of Sparking Wine
- 1 Litter Lime Sparkling Water
- 1 Large Orange
- 1 Lemon
- 3 Small Limes
- Cut 3 even slices form the middle of the lemon. Save the ends for juice.
- Cut 2 large even slices from the middle of the orange. Save the ends for juice
- Cut 3 even slices from the limes (I did one slice per lime). Save the ends for juice
- In large pitcher add peach simple syrup and the bottle of wine.
- Stir well.
- Add sparkling water, slowly, and stir.
- Juice the ends of your lemons, oranges and limes.
- Add juice to the pitcher. Stir.
- Float all the slices of the citrus you cut earlier.
- Cool in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Enjoy!
